A recruitment process should AAD value to your organization and potential employees

In today's competitive landscape, recruitment is more than just finding talent; it's about embracing inclusivity and respect for all applicants. We must recognize the inherent dignity of every applicant, fostering meaningful connections, and leveraging technology to ensure accessibility and fairness. This model activates three core strategies: acknowledging humanity, fostering advocacy, and democratizing access, to create a more humane and effective recruitment process.
